TURBINE PUMPS WITH PERIPHERAL IMPELLER

PQ, PQ-BZ, PQH

The Pedrollo PQ Series (same as Pedrollo PQ60 European version) peripheral lateral suction turbine pumps have a flow rate of up to 24 GPM and heads to 328 feet (142 PSI) Suction lift up to 20 feet and will handle liquid temperatures up to 194°F. The have a cast iron body, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft.
Performance Range: Flow rate up to 24 gpm; Head up to 328 ft
Limits of Use: 26 ft suction lift; 194°F liquid temperature; 104 °F ambient temperature
Applications: They are recommended for pumping clean water and liquids without abrasive particles and liquids that are chemically non aggressive to the materials from which the pump is made. THE HYDRAULIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THESE PUMPS, TOGETHER WITH THEIR COMPACTNESS, MAKE THEM SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR. The pumps must be installed in enclosed places, or at least protected against inclement weather.
Construction: Pump Body: cast iron, with threaded ports; Body Back-plate: stainless steel AISI 304. Impellers: Brass, with radial peripheral vanes.
Motor Shaft: stainless steel
Mechanical Seal: ceramic - graphite - NBR.
Motor: the pumps are close-coupled to a carefully matched PEDROLLO class F insulation electric motor, quiet running, totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC), suitable for continuous duty.
Electrical: Single-phase are 115 V or 230 V, 60 Hz with capacitor and thermal overload protector; three-phase are 230/460 V, 60 Hz.

PQA

The Pedrollo plastic PQA (same as Pedrollo PQA60 European version) peripheral lateral suction turbine pumps have flow rates of up to 13 GPM and heads to 295 feet Handle suction lift up to 26' and liquids up to 194°F. They have a plastic body, brass impeller and body plate, aluminum motor bracket and stainless steel shaft
Performance Range: Flow rate up to 13 gpm Head up to 295 ft

NON-FERROUS CONSTRUCTION WITH WETTED PARTS IN HIGH PERFORMANCE TECHNOPOLYMER AND BRASS TO ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF CORROSION.CONSEQUENTLY THEY ARE RECOMMENDED FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS INCLUDING COOLING, CONDITIONING AND BOILER FEED. The pumps must be installed in enclosed places, or at least protected against inclement weather.
